ACES (Amenity Communities Excellence in Selling) is a three-day symposium held once a year in February, attended by over 500 managers and sales personnel from around the country. It focuses on General Sessions, led by top industry speakers; Breakout Sessions, facilitated by top sales executives and managers in our industry and provides a platform to share new ideas and techniques. The perfect learning and networking opportunity.
You will be challenged, taught and encouraged by not only some of the finest speakers in the country in our General Sessions, but also through dynamic, informative Breakout Sessions. Circle of Excellence Requirements
Every year our industry's top sales professionals have the distinct honor of receiving a beautiful award and recognition as the best of the best in front of hundreds of their peers. Those eligible for the ACES 2008 Circle of Excellence must have met the following standards in the calendar year of 2007:

A minimum of $13 million retail sales volume OR
-
A minimum of 35 retail sales transactions; and
-
Be in attendance at ACES 2008 to be recognized.
This award is for SELLING; therefore:

A sale is any accepted contract, with deposit, written between 1/1/07 and 12/31/07.

No listings sold by other agents are counted for this award.

Sales made of property listed by another agent are credited for the award candidate and counted at the full dollar value of the sale.

This award is for SELLING; therefore:

- 2007 Circle of Excellence and Council of the Elite Inductees will be recognized at our Special Awards Banquet.
- We must have your nominations by 5pm January 18th, 2008.
- Enter your nominations when registering attendees for ACES.

Please note: Agreement for services and cancellation policy: If you register and later decide not to attend, MSI must be notified 14 days prior to the event for a complete refund. After that date, your registration fee can only be applied to another event occurring within one year of the date of your receipt, or you may provide a substitute. Otherwise, MSI is only obligated to provide the seminar outlined within this page at the location and on the dates specified.
